FFNemesis - FF1 - Classes - Upgraded Classes

Final Fantasy I - Upgraded Classes
Page 1 | 2
[Knight]
Advantages
Strong Attacks, high HP
Disadvantages
Expensive to keep to to date with weapons.
Avaliable Magic
White Magic - Level 1-3
Description
This is the upgraded version of a Fighter. While still offering the high HP and brute force of a Fighter, the Knight brings much more to the class. You now have access to nearly every single piece of weaponry and armour in the game.

Also you now can learn some basic White Magic, making the Knight very versatile. In essence, with the White Magic and the powerfull equipment, the Knight could almost be a one man party.

[Master]
Advantages
Strong Attacks, Moderate HP
Disadvantages
Low defence, cannot use magic
Avaliable Magic
None
Description
A Master is basically the same as the Black Belt, he still cannot use magic, still has scarce weapons and armour to equip and still packs quite a wallop.

The Master can do massive dammage with its physical attacks, and at a high enough level it can outdo a Knight. But because of its low defence and not-so-high HP, it will never match a Knight overall.

[Ninja]
Advantages
Moderate HP, high evasion, high offence
Disadvantages
Selection of armour
Avaliable Magic
Black Magic - Level 1-4
Description
Well your Thief has just become a Ninja, and good for him too! The Ninja boasts very high offence and still keeps that evasion you love just so much.

The Ninja has access to most weapons in the game, but maybe not as much armour as your would like. Also he is now able to use Black Magic to a certain extent (4 Levels). If you think the Thief isn't worth getting, then fair enough, but a Ninja would make a good addition to your party.

[Red Wizard]
Advantages
Use of White and Black magic, well rounded
Disadvantages
Magic is limited, Moderately low offence and defence
Avaliable Magic
White Magic - Levels 1-7
Black Magic - Level 1-7
Description
A Red Wizard is very similar to the Red Mage, just that now he is 'better' at everything that he used to be. At higher levels a Red Wizard can hold his own well is battle, due to his decent physical attack. While its nothing compared to a Knight or Master, it still does the job.

He still does not excel in any category, but is able to now use up to 7th Level Black and White magic. However the Red Wizard is stil a good addition to your party.

[White Wizard]
Advantages
Good against undead, specialised in White Magic
Disadvantages
Low offence and defence, low HP
Avaliable Magic
White Magic - Levels 1-8
Description
A White Wizard is the ultimate in White Magic, being able to learn all 8 Levels of White Magic. Not all of these are defensive though, as the spell FADE can deal heavy damage to your enemies.

Other spells such as LIFE2 are extremely useful, as are the spells which can protect you from certain attacks. A White Magic user should be included in every party to support the main fighters.

[Black Wizard]
Advantages
Specilised in Black Magic
Disadvantages
Low offence and defence, low HP
Avaliable Magic
Black Magic - Levels 1-8
Description
A master in the art of Black Magic, the Black Wizard can wield a terrible force, even more than that of a fighter. This is the only class that has the ability to learn Level 8 Black Magic spells. This will make a good addition to your party.
